Placing an order for collection
When selecting your products, please ensure that the product is marked as available for collection. This is detailed on individual product pages. Not all products are available to be collected, so please check beforehand.
At the checkout page, you will be provided with an opportunity to switch from shipping to pickup under ‘This item is set for shipping. Click here to pickup this item.’ This is done on an individual product level, only select the products you wish to pick up.
Collection
Collections can only be made within working hours (8:00 – 17:00) Monday to Friday. Please note, prior to collecting your order, we require you to phone or email in and await confirmation that your product is available to pick up (Emails may not be picked up straight away, so telephone is the preferred method of contact).
If you arrive to collect your order without contacting us ahead of time, we cannot guarantee your product will be in stock and available for collection.
