Our delivery and returns policies.
No refunds on late delivery of parcels due to circumstances out of our hands i.e courier accidents, traffic issues, weather issues. Some orders may come directly from our suppliers and may take longer to arrive depending on where they come from, this is also out of our hands. If your order has come directly from one of our suppliers, an invoice will be sent and may arrive before or after your parcel delivery.
All orders UNDER or OVER £150+VAT must be ordered prior to 12:00 noon for dispatch that day, this is also not guaranteed if we are faced with busy periods.

Returns
Approved Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery.
Approval of returns will be automatically void if not returned within the 7 days.
If returned after the 7 days then we will contact you to arrange a return of your parcel at your cost.
All items/packaging must be returned in original condition (no damage, wear, dirt, grease, oil etc). If not returned in the specified condition, this will be non-refundable and we will contact you to arrange a return back to you at your cost.
If you have discovered a fault or any damage to any product then this must be made aware to us within 7 days or a replacement or a return will be void.
Returning A Parcel
We do not offer a free returns policy.
We do not offer a refund on initial delivery costs.
We can email a shipping label to you to return your parcel, this will be deducted from your refund amount at a charge of £11.50+vat.
If you receive a wrong, faulty, damaged item then we will stand the return costs. (only if we have organised the return.)
Refund
If items are returned and approved we do not refund your initial delivery charge. This will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds will be processed as soon as approval of the return order has been completed. Cleared funds are dependent on your card issuer. If you have any queries regarding your refund then please don’t hesitate to call. It’s important to remember that the refund amount will have a deduction of £11.50+vat for your initial delivery charge.
Once items have been received they will undergo a quality check before refund approval. We aim to do this imminently but this could take 2-3 days in busy periods.
Sending Your Parcel Back
If you are sending a parcel back it is important to make sure all products are put back into their original packaging.
If the return is organised by ourselves then an email will be sent to you which will include a shipping label for you to print off and put on the parcel. The email will also explain a collection date for the courier to collect.
If using your own courier, the cost will not be refundable.
If using your own courier we recommend using a traceable shipping method and take note of any tracking numbers as Eric Townend is not liable for the loss of products in transit.
